ONLINE COACHING - WARM UP!


Hey guys,


A few people have asked me about warm ups recently so I decided to add a follow along warm up video for you. Warm ups should always be specific to the type of workout you do, and during session in the gym, I would usually control the pace in order to warm people up as we go along. However, we are now during a time where the type of training we are doing has changed, and so should the warm up.
