ONLINE COACHING HIIT SESSION #1


Hey! Enjoy the first of many follow along HIIT session videos. I have tried to incorporate as many punches and kicks into these workouts as possible. This workout consists of:


30 Seconds work time

30 Seconds rest time


1. SQUAT TO FRONT KICK

2. ON THE SPOT RUN

3. UP DOWN PLANK

4. SQUAT TO SIDEKICK

5. SIT UPS TO PUNCHES

6. RUNNING WITH PUNCHES


Complete the Circuit 4 times


If you find the workout difficult, you can start with completing the circuit 3 times, if you find it too easy, just repeat the circuit as many times as you like. ENJOY!
