COACH'S CHALLENGE #2

Hi folks! Time for another challenge, this one is as tough mentally as it is physically. Remember, these challenges are designed for people to test their fitness and endurance, you are not expected to complete these on your first attempt, just give it your best go, and if you do complete it, keep a note of your time, so that you can see your improvement over time. This challenge will incorporate some of the moves you have been doing in your online HIIT sessions, along with some more difficult generic body weight workouts. If you haven't already, go back and watch some of the HIIT sessions for a breakdown of the moves required to complete this challenge. Without further ado, here it is.
