COACH'S CHALLENGE #1

Hey folks!


I have a challenge for you, and it's not easy. I completed this challenge recently, and it took me around 80 minutes to complete. There is no time limit, the only rule is that you must complete the challenge in the order it is laid out, completing each exercise with the specified number of reps before moving on to the next exercise, you can't just tally up the total number of each and spread it out as you like. Make sure you have plenty of water and have eaten something today, you'll need it!
